Christmas Delivery

Orders must be placed by 9am (GMT) on the following dates in order to meet the last posting dates for Christmas delivery:

Friday 7th December | Japan, Hong Kong, Malta, Singapore & South Korea

Monday 10th December | Australia, Italy & New Zealand

Friday 14th December | Canada, Poland & USA

Saturday 15th December | Finland & Sweden

Monday 17th December | Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain & Switzerland

Tuesday 18th December | Belgium, France, Ireland & Monaco

Thursday 20th December | UK (Standard Delivery)

Saturday 22nd December | UK (Royal Mail Special Delivery) 

Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt so ensure that someone is available to take delivery.

All orders placed after 9am (GMT) on these dates may well reach you in time for Christmas however we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery & Returns


Within the UK we charge a flat rate of £5 for first class postage with the Royal Mail, which usually takes 2-3 working days.

For ROI, Western Europe, Scandinavia, Singapore, Hong Kong, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand we charge between £10-£20 per order, depending upon the destination.  We use a tracked Royal Mail service so delivery times can vary depending on destination, but you should allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept any liability in respect of Import Duties and Taxes that may be levied on International Orders. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

We really hope you love your purchase, but if you're not happy please email us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel with your order number and reason for your return. We will happily refund unworn items sent to us in their original packaging. We will respond to your email providing an address for your return, and you'll have 7 days to return the item to us. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that we don't refund delivery charges and you'll be responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insurance from the postal service you use as we're not responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
